Description

Twenty hours of SHO on M1, the Crab Nebula. Started with a straight Hubble palette, RGB = SHO, and finished with selective color in Photoshop using the mapping that normally shifts the greenish Hubble palette to a more blue and gold hued interpretation.

Data collected on multiple nights from November 2018 to February 2019.

M1 has very strong data in all three narrow band channels - SII, Ha and OIII, producing this very interesting "Coat of Many Colors" / "Remember the 60's" look :-) .

Revision C was an experiment with RGB stars captured with my EdgeHD, so didn't have enough to cover the whole field of the "final" version posted here.

Comments and critiques always welcome!
