This is my first image with my new imaging setup. There is still a lot to tune. I haven't dialled in the backfocus distance behind the reducer yet, there is a lot of star flaring near the edges of the field (cropped). Also I believe guiding can be much improved. However before the lengthy process of fine tuning the equipment, I didn't want to loose the opportunity to image this magnificent object as I will soon loose sight of it due to obstructions in the west. I am quite pleased with this image as a first attempt.
