Description

The Pencil Nebula, a small part of the Vela Supernova Remnant near the Vela Pulsar. Around 815 light years from our Solar System. I hope to integrate it into my Vela SNR mosaic next year! It is moving at 644,000 K

M/Hr relative to us presently.

8 hours exposure, comprising 2.5 hours each of Ha and Oiii + 1 hour each of RGB to get decent star colours.
