Description

M106 is a beautiful Oblique facing spiral galaxy in Canes Venatici.

This is a second try at post processing in Pixinsite. The first version, I felt that I over stretched the outer arms of the Galaxy. I think this version looks a little more natural.

Description: I wanted to darken the back ground a bit. And sharpen the core using MSLT with a combined Star Mask and Range Mask to protect everything but the core. Also, increased the saturation a bit of the stars.
