NGC 4565, également connue sous le nom de galaxie de l'Aiguille, est une galaxie spirale vue par la tranche située à environ 42,7 millions d'années-lumière de la Terre dans la constellation de la Chevelure de Bérénice. Elle a été recensée par William Herschel en 1785.
