Description

I'm still trying to do as many galaxies as possible during galaxy season (and to see what's possible from very bright skies). I'm finding that I'm far more productive running two telescopes at a time (who knew??). I didn't bother with collecting hydrogen data and I'm wondering whether it would have made a difference. Still, I'm glad I can publish this today - I'm dedicating this one to my daughter Matilda, who turns 7 today and who actually got me into this crazy hobby to begin with (and who likes the song "Eye of the Tiger" way more than anyone else in the family). Happy Birthday, Matilda!

Description: Plate-solved version. It missed a ton of galaxies (particularly in the upper right quandrant), but even some larger ones elsewhere in the image. Still interesting nonetheless.
