Description

I found the constellation of the crater triangle Clavius-Casatus-Moretus to the lunar horizon very exciting. Clavius with its distinctive arch of secondary craters is a worthwhile motive anyway.

In today's changing but somewhat better seeing I dared to use the Barlow lens to take a closer look with the resulting focal length of 5080 mm. However, I went crazy with the focus adjustment.

This is the second image version after my "moon idol" Patrick gave me very helpful tips. Thanks again Patrick.

This time I combined two SER files recorded in quick succession, each with 5000 frames and then stacked 1200 frames out of the 10000 frames with AS3.

After smart decolor conversion with AstraImage I did the final image processing with Lightroom. With this process I was able to work out significantly more details compared to the first version.

As always, I'm really looking forward to critical feedback.
