Description

imaged on nights of 8/22/2020, 8/23/2020, 8/24/2020, 9/15/2020.

Abell 1 is a extremely faint with an observed magnitude of 18.7, and relatively quite small planetary nebula in Cepheus. The diameter is 0.75 arc minutes. So this PN requires a fair amount of time to collect enough signal. Also rarely imaged, this being the 3rd example on Astrobin.

Abell 1 displays very weak Oiii compared to the Ha.

I was not able to find any other info about this PN. Very rarely imaged.
