Description

Note: The exposure was 240s per frame.

Looking forward to some clear skies on February 10 to 12, as C/2022 E3 will come close to Mars (about 1 deg). It will however not be observable from Europe at the time of closest approach due to daylight. The comet and Mars will be in the constellation of Taurus, near the molecular cloud Barnard 220, north of tau Taurus.
