Description

The widefield image is from 2016 using a dual Tak 106 rig and full frame CCD cameras, Atik and SX. 30 min luminance subs and 15 min RGB, 17 hours. Last night with our dual TEC140 Atik 460/Moravian G3-8300 we added 10 hours of high res data for the Draco Dwarf. Luminance in 15 min subs, RGB in 10 mins. Images combined in Registar and Ps CS3. SQM values for all captures were 21.7 but the seeing was excellent for the widefield and poor for the high res.

Although the Dwarf looks like an open cluster it is a satellite spheroidal galaxy bound to the Milky Way and seems to be one of the most dark matter-dominated objects known to astronomers.
