Description

In part 1 of 3 was a single shot with a 29 mm - lens.

These three images were taken with the Zeiss Jena Pancolar 1.8/50

1. Bild: 2:00 bis 2:11 Uhr UT = 11 min mit Blende 2.8 (Fuji SG 400)

2. Bild: 2:13 bis 2:25 Uhr UT = 12 min bei Blende 4.0 (Fuji SG 400)

3. Bild: 2:38 bis 2:58 Uhr UT = 20 min bei Blende 2.8 (Fuji Sensia 100)

The first and the second picture are exposed on negative film, the third on slide film.

The bright star to the right of the comet's head is the polar star. For the complet constellation Ursa Minor look at part 1 of 3. Ursa Major is on the left site.

Due to the distortions in the film material, the images cannot be brought completely into line, but the quickly movement of the comet is well recognizable. The compression in GIF format can be seen in the bright head.
