Description

Southern Cross (Crux) in a dense part of the Milky Way is one of the most well known and distinctive constellations of the southern hemisphere night sky (can also be seen apparently from certain locations in the northern hemisphere). 4 main stars of which the brightest and blue-white at the tail (Alpha Crucis or Acrux). Near Acrux is the dark Coalsack Nebula. Canon 6D + 200mm f/2.8 fixed lens on iOptron Skytracker Pro. 5 images x 30s at iso1600.
