Description

The Moon and the Poodle

Well after weeks of cloudy skies and rain I finally got a clear sky up until 11 pm. Since I have to get up very early for work I only stay up to shoot this image until 9:06 pm. My philosophy is: When the Moon is up, shoot the Moon, when it’s not, shoot DSO or the Milky Way (summer only).

I used the modified Canon T7i and the Sigma Contemporary 150-600 mm lens, shot at 600 mm, ISO 100, f/6.3, 1/800 second. The Moon was at 70.2%.
