Description

This is a composite image of the color data I collected on the night of June 7th, 2019 (link to that image is below) and the Hydrogen-Alpha data I collected last night. The autoguiding last night was just okay, but decided to not wanna work post meridian flip... I think it was because dew fogged up my guidescope lens (which I just ordered a dew heater for the next night out). The details are sharp, but it was a little noisy and the amp glow was hard to fix.

Description: Complete reprocess of the Hydrogen-Alpha luminence data... details further sharpened and more crisp, better star coloration (but there is a decrease in star size and quality unfortunately). Fainter nebulosity outside is handled better as well, in addition to some aggressive noise reduction techniques applied (since the Ha data was really noisy). Amp-glow is also unfortunately more visible as a result, but I personally don't see it detracting from the image too painfully much.

Description: Cosmetic adjustments applied using StarTools: Red and Green color bias reduction to get a much more pink coloration to nebulosity/slightly better star color, HDR adjustments to better reveal the brightest pillars. Added noise/sharpened in PS to help better smoothen the noise reduction anomalies + slight noise reduction to combat over sharpening.

Description: Reprocessed using a different stacking method, while some contrast is slightly reduced through this method and some more crunchy noise is introduced, the image is slightly sharper overall and the corner amp-glow is completely eliminated.
