Description

Made from 12 light frames with 10 dark frames by Starry Landscape Stacker 1.8.0. Plus 4 light painted frames for the corral itself.

Stacking is a necessity for us who shoot the night sky with crop sensor cameras. It does eliminate most of the sensor noise and leaves the image much cleaner than a single shot ever would.

Because the camera stays put on the tripod all the shots stitch together seamlessly

It was such a nice night and I truly enjoyed being out photographing.

Shot with a Canon 80D crop sensor camera and a 16mm f2 Rokinon lens at f2.5.
