Description

Here's a small section of the Pelican Nebula in SHO; his eye would be a bit below and to the right of the lower right corner. I would have included more of the image [this is cropped] but the star 57 Cygni has this blue halo glowing around it that detracts from what I am trying to present. Try as I may, my skill set to process that artifact out is lacking. I will consult some of you about a remedy. With it cropped out, unfortunately along with the right 25% of the image, I am able to present what I was attempting to highlight...so it goes. I had heard a while back that Baader OIII filters tend to produce that glow. I noticed it was evident in both the SII and OIII masters.
