Description

Just before the sun started the rise, the fast solar wind from the Coronal whole in the Sun arrived and gave a G1 magnetic storm. This was strong enough for me to see some faint Auroras in the North at the Dark site.

At 45 degrees Latitude, Northern lights are not very common, and since the Sun has been very inactive lately, this was an amazing surprise.
