Description

NGC 2903 is a barred spiral galaxy that is similar to the Milky Way. It is located 25 million light years away in the constellation of Leo. It was first observed by William Herschel on 16 November 1784.

I previously presented data collected between 13 March and 4 May 2019 from an imaging rig in Spain privately-owned and remotely-operated by Barry Wilson and me (NGC 2903 - a barred spiral galaxy in Leo). In April 2019, I also obtained some data from a dual TEC 140 rig at Olly Penrice's Les Granges facility in the Haut-Alpes.

The imaging team in France is: Olly Penrice; Tom O'Donoghue; Elisabeth Milne; and Steve Milne.
