Description

NGC 7479 is a beautiful but small barred spiral galaxy in Pegasus, some 105 million light-years away. It’s one of the most challenging targets for me so far because it’s tiny and faint. Facing some of the usual technical issues, I managed to collect 7:35 hrs of (satellite track free) data at a focal length of 2125 mm - f/10 isn’t as bad as many people say - patience and practice is needed though 😉
