July 14th was opposition night for Jupiter and I wanted to capture a timelapse of a "shadowless" transit of Io, where the shadow is hidden behind the moon. The C14 could not capture the full transit from where we left it over the hot summer day, so I set up the C8 in the far corner and did normal imaging with the C14. This involved much running between the two scopes, as can be seen in this short video from the night: My phone recorded 3,760 steps over those few hours!

When posting animations to my website, I used to upload numerically named frames in a zip folder and let the server create high quality Animated PNG and WebP files for me. However, this one was too much for it to handle, so I took the code and wrapped it in a simple desktop interface, which can be downloaded from here:
