Description

Hickson 44 is a compact galaxies group in Leo. Three of them are spirals and one is elliptical with a magnitude of 11.2 – 13.4. The distance of these galaxies is

56 – 75 million ly

On the middle left we can see LEDA 2806871 at a distance of 109 million ly.

In the middle right LEDA 86788 (magnitude 16,6) at a distance of 90 million ly.

Below NGC 3187 we can see a faint star and below this star is 2MASX J10174317+2150588 (magnitude 18,6) on an amazing distance of 2.88 billion ly.
