Description

I am not a big Galaxy guy, probably due to the little scope...guiding scope, I am using  Triangulum Galaxy was just in the slewing direction in between imaging objects and waiting time.
So I grabbed some subs over a few nights to fill the waiting time. It didn't come out that bad neither...

Triangulum Galaxy is located at approximately 2.73 million LY from Earth in the constellation Triangulum. The galaxy was probably discovered by the Italian astronomer Giovanni Battista Hodierna before 1654. In his work De systemate orbis cometici; deque admirandis coeli caracteribus ("About the systematics of the cometary orbit, and about the admirable objects of the sky"), he listed it as a cloud-like nebulosity or obscuration and gave the cryptic description, "near the Triangle hinc inde". This is in reference to the constellation Triangulum as a pair of triangles. The magnitude of the object matches M33, so it is most likely a reference to the Triangulum Galaxy.
The galaxy was independently discovered by Charles Messier on the night of August 25–26, 1764. (Wikipedia)

Title: Triangulum Galaxy - M33

Description: I wanted to see if I could get more out of this target by processing it differently. The composition was made up in both cases from subs with different exposure times combined in HDRComposition. This time I added only the red channel of the dual narrowband stack and this actually to the 20sec one as it showed the best signal between both data. I stretched the image with GeneralizedHyperbolicStretch and the rest was standard procedure. Do I like it better? It is just different!!!

Title: Triangulum Galaxy - M33

Description: Final processing on this target!!!! Did another take on the process. Combined 20/60/180s UV/IR separately with HDRComposition and separately processed the 300s dual-narrowband up to finished image before "pixel-mathing" it together with the HDR, also stretched and partially processed, image and then finalized it.
