Description

Here is a small portion of the North American Nebula taken in Halph 6nm. I did collect Oxygen and Sulfer channels (300 seconds) exposure was too long as the stars bloomed too much. I should have limited exposure time to 120 seconds and will do so next time. Since I had very good Halpha data with HFR values between 1.2 - 1.4 I decided to process the Halpha image alone.

Taken with AP Stowaway 92mm 0.8 Telecompressor FL 489, FR 5.32, mounted on AP Mach 1GTO. Camera is QSI 532 using Astro-Physics APCCPro, Sequence Generator Pro and PixInsight to process. Camera Temp -10C, Ambient Temp 12-14 deg C, Humidity 48%, Bortle Sky 2.2

Thanks for looking!
