Description

Phone pix of concrete astro bunker at undisclosed location (our backyard by the sheep paddock.)

It's nice to finally be able to not have to set up gear every night.

I call it the AstroHut.

Is  between Bortle 2 and Bortle 2.5

Is often cloudy, but when it's not, the sky is SO nice.

Those trees block  the view for about 90 degrees of the circle, and I could cut them down but I never would. A lot of critters live there.

It's pumped concrete walls on 9 inches poured concrete with rebar throughout. Sides and base will be here long after I'm gone. I'm told could last 100 years. Will probably be a chicken coop one day for someone else.
