Description

NGC7741 is a barred spiral galaxy seen in the direction of the Constellation Pegasus at a distance between 30-50 Million Light-Years. Seen nearly face on, it shines dimly with lots of HII regions and blue stars lighting up the interior and arms. It is about 60,000 light-years in diameter.
