Description

One night of clear skies, and I took all 8.5 hours of darkness into my soul 😊😊😊! Since I have to work and get at least some sleep I left the scope for 4.5 hours by itself, hoping that no surprising thunderstorm would roll in. And it did not 😊! I have to chose my targets correspondingly, my window is around 5 hours, so I have to pick the ones that just went above the tree line at the time of going to bed. And that was this time M31. And a good target to see if my ASI071MC together with the Wilson Z61 and its flattener is doing its job. And I believe it did 😊. I took at the same time OIII images with the Rasa, the combined image of that will come next. M31 is just glorious, and I will never get tired of looking at it. In 5-6 Billion years it would be even more interesting, ain't gonna make that one I fear.

From Version C on it includes the OIII data from the RASA!
