Description

I could not have asked for better weather on the night of opposition - it was perfect!

Stack of 2,500 frames (best 50% out of 5,000)

I intentionally backed off of the "brightness" on these compared to my "9 days prior to opposition" images. I reduced the gain quite a bit on these because although the brightness is visually appealing, in some cases the extra gain washes out fine detail on planetary images. I am going to try to keep the histogram average between 40% and 50% going forward and see how that looks.
