Maybe this is the first detailed amateur image of this object ( I can´t find any amateur image of it ).

vdB 47 is a reflection nebula associated with an emission visible in the constellation of Taurus. It is a cloud of gas that surrounds the star HD37387, an orange supergiant of spectral class K1Ib,placed at a distance of 6500 light years, at the inner end of the Perseus arm. The nebula has a distinctly orange colour due to the radiation of this star ,having an effective temperature of 4500 kelvin. This cloud may be associated with the region of star formation , which also belongs to the maser DG68 and the IRAS source 05363+2317,together with some sources o radio waves ( Reference: Wikipedia Italy)).
