Description

IC262 is a lenticular galaxy in Hercules. Its visibility is poor (angular size 1.2' x 0.6', magnitude 14.7), although it is really more extensive than m31. It is the most visible of a cluster of about 30 galaxies, of which only IC1263 and IC1264 have a comparable brightness.
