Description

Telescope: 24" Cassegrain ~f/11.2

Camera: Apogee U42

Filter and subs:
    Johnson-Cousin B: 1s 30subs
    Johnson-Cousin V: 1s 30subs
    Johnson-Cousin R: 1s 30subs

Images was taken 30 minutes before the Sun rise at Science Building 1 Observatory, National Central University, Taoyuan, Taiwan province, China (Taipei)

There are some "red" stars near the brightest star in this image, those stars are embedded in the dust cloud. The Johnson-Cousin R filter transmission is up to around 800nm, it allow some IR passing through. The reddening (selective extinction) by the dust cloud also contribute to the hue for those red stars.
