C/2020 M3 (ATLAS) @ 2021 February 10, 02:37 UT

Comet C/2020 M3 (ATLAS) imaged on February 10, 2021, having moved away as far 2 AU from the Sun its brightness has decreased to magnitude 12. Presents a coma with only 1 minute in angular size and elongated toward anti-orbital direction with a small and sharp central condensation. In the northern part of Auriga and still close to the Milky Way the pretty pair of red and blue stars have a brightness of magnitude 7.7 and 9.6 respectively.
