Description

The Leo Triplet, also called the M66 group, is a small group of interacting spiral galaxies in Leo. It is composed of two Messier objects, M65 and M66, as well as NGC 3628.
It lies at an approximate distance of 35 million light years from Earth.

This image was captured with the ASA500N telescope and FLI PL16803 camera from Telescope Live in El Sauce Observatory, Chile.

Total integration time 130 minutes.
LRGB: 4:2:4:3 subs of 600s with each filter.

Processing with Astro Pixel Processor, Photoshop CC with AstroPanel Pro, Astronomy Tools, Topaz Sharpen AI and Denoise Projects 3 plug-ins.
