Description

This is my first Milky Way Arch Panorama attempt. Foreground was taken behind the mountain tail last September. Sky images were taken this April. I had to wait 7 month to complete the project. This Mountain is called "Al Monfareda" which means the distinct mountain which is a term used to describe when there is a single mountain or rock that stands out in a group of mountains or if its a single one in a vast area. This mountain is in a bortle 2 zone and close to Wadi Hitan National Park in Fayoum, Egypt. Sky image was a 2 rows of portrait oriented shots taken from in front of the mountain this April.
