Description

Professional, scientific grade data.

Filters:F502N (O III) , F656N (H-alpha) and F658N (N II) -used also as Lum.

Edited in Pixinsight and PS.

Inspired by the work Alberto Pisabarro and others who are doing a great job at processing scientific data, I decided to give the Hubble's Lagoon a try.

The resulting palette is close to an HOO, even though I used N2, O3 and Ha in the combination.

I don't remember seeing a "bicolor" version of a Hubble picture before, and I love the natural color spectrum and feeling of this combination.

This was a joy to process and a great exercise which I urge you to try. I've been reluctant for a long time, because I thought it would lack excitement, but I was wrong. It's a lot of fun and somehow you make the image 'yours' in the process.

Explore it in full resolution, you won't regret it.

Anyway, as you can imagine the skies are cloudy over here.

Clear skies to you all!
