Description

NGC 1365, also known as the Great Barred Spiral Galaxy, is a double-barred spiral galaxy about 56 million light-years away in the constellation Fornax.

Image was acquired with 2 telescopes from Telescope Live in El Sauce Observatory, Chile:

Planewave CDK24 telescope and FLI PL09000 CCD-camera: total integration time 480 minutes (12 subs of 600s with LRGB)
ASA RC-1000AZ telescope and FLI PL16803 camera: total integration time 80 minutes (2 subs of 600s with LRGB)
