Description

My collaboration with my astrophotographer friends continues...this time in addition to my friend Riccardo Pacini, the great Gianni Lacroce and my friend Giuseppe Fiorentini have joined my project. The project I conceived was to take pictures of the famous M31 Galaxy in all its beauty both in broadband and in Halfa. I took the shots with the L-pro filter with my equipment while my friends took the shots in Halfa. The Andromeda Galaxy (sometimes also known by the old name Great Andromeda Nebula or with the catalog acronyms M 31 and NGC 224) is a large barred spiral galaxy that is about 2.538 million light years from the a[7][4] in the direction of the constellation of Andromeda, from which it takes its name. It is the closest large galaxy to our own, the Milky Way; It is visible to the naked eye and is among the most distant objects visible without the aid of instruments.
