IC 2118 is a reflection nebula that is located in the constellation of Erídano, it is believed that it could be a supernova remnant, this nebula is extremely dim and is made up of molecular dust clouds, these dust clouds seem to reflect light Rigel, a nearby star that is part of the well-known Orion Constellation.
