Description

10 seconds into this 80 sec shot, a -5 magnitude fireball was captured (partially) at ~9:36PM MST. The first quarter of the path that lasted 3 to 4 secs is seen here. Estimated flight path of 30 degrees. Moving from Leo Minor to Ursa Major. Ramped up to -2 magnitude quickly and terminated at -5 near Mizar. Vapor train lasted for about 8 minutes. This image is 6x80s, iso 1000, 180mm lens @ f/3.2.
