Description

Galaxy NGC 7741 is a rather odd looking barred spiral galaxy of

type SB(s)cd to be found in Pegasus. NGC 7741 is quite nearby at 30 MLy, and is receding

from us at only 1.7 million miles per hour.

It's a late stage, faint distorted barred spiral galaxy with a mag 14 surface

brightnes.

Size: 212.1" X 167.1". Magnitude: 11.38

This image the sum of 32 x 2 minute exposures. Acquired in AstroArt3, guided

with PHD and my KWIQ guider.
