      Description

      Hello Friends,

this image was shot along with my other image of NGC 3718 during 5 nights. The conditions were also quite mixed. In order to get a decent image it required a lot of data. Shooting unguided helped here a lot not introducing errors due to seeing impacted guiding.

I have compared my result to some other images on AB, but my result differs in some ways, which made me scratch my head. Not sure why it is different, but it is... Well...magic.

I have not cropped the image, since there are so many small and faint galaxies in the background. This is like searching for Easter Eggs.

May I also draw your attention to the small galaxy very down: NGC4712. This is like a small gem even revealing some details. It has an approx. diameter of 135.000 light years and is 60Mpc away, whereas the big brother is 170.000 light years wide and approx. 54 Mpc away. NGC 4725 has an active nucleus, indicating an active super massive black hole.

Also a nice tiny gem is the galaxy PGC086434 on the right lower side.

Actually there are many tiny surprises. I have stopped counting

      Please enjoy!

Title: Annotated raw L stack using PGC

Description: As requested from the comments, I have uploaded an annotated version of the RAW LUM stack (no processing at all - just solved and annotated in PI).
Unfortunately PGC does not contain all galaxies visible the image. There are many more than indicated.
