Description

Sometimes there's just no relationship between the amount of effort you put in and the quality of the result. Of the three nights I went out to shoot Neowise, this (the middle night) was the one I was the most careful about, and yet this is the image I'm probably the least happy with, despite several processing attempts. The first night's image, which I dashed off almost as an afterthought to my main imaging session still seems like the best, and was a breeze to process-- go figure!
