Description

Ein rund 1 Mrd. Jahre alter Offener Sternhaufen im Sternbild Giraffe.
Entdeckt wurde das Objekt am 11. Februar 1893 von William Frederick Denning. Tympler Klassifikation II1r. Scheinbare Helligkeit 11,7 mag. Ausdehnung 8,4‘. Entfernung 10700 Lichtjahre. Bis mag 18.5 wurden 1420 Sterne gezählt, bis mag 19.5 über 7000.

The object was discovered on February 11, 1893 by William Frederick Denning. Tympler classification II1r. Apparent brightness 11.7 mag. Size 8.4 ‘. Distance 10700 light years. Up to Mag 18.5, 1420 stars were counted, up to Mag 19.5 over 7000.
