Just spent 10 nights up on the summit ridge of the coastline cliffs above Matala bay on the southern peninsula of the beautiful island of Crete.
This is an 87 megapixel 6 panel mosaic of the Great Galactic Rift.

The southern meridian is over the ocean and there is no light for hundreds of miles until you hit the coast of Africa so its class 1.
The north has several light domes from the nearby villages of Sivas, Livornas, Pitsidia and Timpaki all within 20 miles.
