A relatively small target for amateur scopes, NGC 3593 spans about 7’ in the long axis. The galaxy’s morphology includes a bar and an inner ring, both of which appear in this image…if you squint enough. The bar runs from about 7:00 to about 2:00 spanning the inner ring, which appears on either side of the bar.

PGC 37256 appears up and to the right of NGC 3593. And PGC 7164 even more to the right and upward

See my image B for a more fully annotated image. Neither of these galaxies seems to have attracted much notoriety, although the oddly shaped PGC 7164 may deserve some attention.
