Description

NGC 3642 is a spiral galaxy in Ursa Major with a supermassive black hole in the center. The mass should be between 26 - 31 Mio Sunmasses.
The diameter of the inner brighter part is about 1,8 x 1,5  arcmin. The outer very weak rings have a diameter of 5 x 4,3 arcmin.
Distance of the Galaxy is about 30 mio Lj. Diameter of the galaxy is ar. 50.000 Lj.
