Description

Images were taken at the NSAS Forest Trail Park on NYE 2021/2022.
This site is near Belrose, about 1/2hr drive from the centre of Sydney, NSW, Australia
One of the rare cloud-free nights near the date of the New Moon.
Summer nights are short and some time was taken up configuring NINA as this was the first imaging night with NINA (normally SGPro is the goto imaging software)
This is an SHO Narrowband image with RGB stars.
Images are processed in Pixinsight up to the stretched mono S2, Ha, O3 stage & RGB starless and then moved to Photoshop to provide further processing.
