this is for the moment a result. first it was meant to see if my fiddling to the mount was giving better results or not. it was unfortunately not. so i had to work on my motors in the dark with a little light to find the sweet spot. eventually the RA was becoming ok. in the DEC still some work to do.
second target was to use mount settings in EKOS to prevent my mount stops tracking randomly. this error came in the system due the power supply (Omegon) which fluctuates a bit to much in voltage/current for the tasting of EKOS and the mount. by increasing the polling from 1000ms to 2500ms , the problem was solved.
third part was to test my ToupTek ATR3-16000-KPA and solve the thingy why EKOS makes my galaxies 'blotchy ' it made the galaxy quality look like playing DOOM on windows 95 with a videocard of 32Mb
. this was solved under EKOS again by the camera settings to put format to RAW instead of RGB.
I also wanted to test how my images were looking if i didn't use calibration frames ( must still make them ) i am actually quite pleased with the result.
There will be more subs taken and with my freshly IDAS LP2-PS filter on it. and ofcourse also some calibration frames
