Description

What a wondefull barred spiral M109 is.

Even if the nasty but wonderfully blue star Phad (gamma UMa) scatters its light far into the field, it makes still a beautiful couple with it.

In the background of this pair you can spot dozens of faint fuzzies.

This is the last galaxy of my 130 PDS weekend. Two more other objects will follow, though. ;-)
