Description

NGC 2170 in the constellation Monoceros has got to be one of the most colorful Nebulas in the night sky that I have captured. This will eventually be made into a mosaic to capture the rest of this wonderful target, but it will have to wait until next year now as the moon is back and I don't image below 40 degrees.

I wasn't going to process this as I didn't think I had enough data in the blue channel but I was wrong must be the great skies we have here.
