Description

NGC891 (estimated distance: 32Mly, source: simbad.u.strasbg.fr) is a beautiful object in Andromeda, surrounded by a picturesque sky background, rich of galaxies. The closer ones belong to Abell 347 cluster (in the top right end corner NGC898, NGC909 , NGC911, NGC906, NGC914), with an average distance of 200-300Mly.

Many other PGC objects visible here are further away, projecting our sight and mind in the depth of space and time.

The image has been recorded from my backyard under Bortle 6 suburban sky.

This is one of the first images I have ever processed with PixInsight - your comments and processing suggestions are very welcome!
